Everyone's therapeutic journey is unique. While starting therapy can feel intimidating, I'm committed to fostering a compassionate, nonjudgmental atmosphere for all clients. I hold a Master's in Clinical Social Work from Hunter College, which informs my approach to care. My practice emphasizes building individualized and collaborative relationships, recognizing that there is no ?one size fits all? in therapy. To support clients in times of stress and uncertainty, I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). As your therapist, I'll provide a supportive and empathetic environment where your unique experiences and challenges are respected.
