What should a new client know about working with you?

You deserve to feel heard, supported, and free to be exactly who you are. Therapy isn’t about "fixing" you, it’s about making space for the version of you that’s been silenced or pushed aside. Together we can work toward the healing and peace you’ve been longing for, and I’d be honored to walk alongside you on the journey.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer a space where you don’t have to hold it all together. I use psychodynamic, person-centered, CBT, and culturally responsive approaches to help clients from all backgrounds explore their story, deepen emotional awareness, and navigate challenges related to relationships, identity, trauma, family conflict, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions.
