Relationships can bring us the greatest joys in life- but sometimes they cause us the deepest pain. You may feel "I'm not enough" which may have led to giving-up, giving-in, or giving too of yourself to gain acceptance and prestige. You may be your own worst enemy with your strong, active self-critical voice-keeping you stuck in those patterns of demanding too much of yourself and asking too little of those around you. If you experience relational, career, or internal disconnect, long for something more and want a way out, I can help.
You may find yourself stuck in a spiral of thoughts, behaviors, emotions, and then consequences. I'll help you get to the root causes so you can show up with your best parts and know intellectually and experiencially "I am good enough."
I work well with the 20/30-something man who's disconnected to his emotions or, may be overwhelmed by them. Young professionals find my style creates the environment where they can grow. Those in the entertainment industry also find my bent towards story and creativity in sessions. I help create space for you to have a healthy relationship with both your emotions and thoughts. You'll move from judging yourself harshly to judging yourself fairly.
I offer a judgment free zone while working towards your goals. You may be processing life's changes; they come with losses and as well as possible gains. During this pandemic life has gotten harder for most of us. As we're coming out of it as a country, as individuals we're learning to re-adjust once again. It won't be easy.
Change isn't easy. You are embarking on hard work that will take time- yet just a little bit of movement makes a huge difference. You didn't get here overnight.
You're not alone. We all need encouragement, assistance, and accountability. Growth will come.
