I am a bilingual psychotherapist (English and Spanish) practicing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York. Through my years of experience, I have assisted adolescents and adults who have faced a variety of personal challenges including; depression, anxiety, trauma, parenting challenges, relationship challenges, and emotional disturbances.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I strive to offer compassionate, effective, and evidence-based care to help you feel confident through our work together. I offer a warm and open space to process your emotions. My goal is to empower you to improve your mental wellbeing, being capable of feeling joy and showing up fully in your relationships, work, and daily life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I encourage you to reach out to me for a 10-15 minute consultation call to learn more about what type of support you are wanting. Followed by an intake session to get to know each other and set the tone for therapeutic relationship. Then we will start to do the work via individual therapy sessions. Please be mindful, I do not accept Medicaid/Medicare insurance at the moment.
