I believe every young person has the inner strength to navigate life’s challenges—sometimes, they just need the right tools and a supportive guide. As a therapist, I partner with children, teens, and young adults to help them overcome hurdles like anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem, so they can build a more confident and resilient future.

What should a new client know about working with you?
My background as both a therapist and a teacher gives me a unique perspective on a young person's world. My approach is practical and collaborative, using proven methods like CBT and always focusing on my clients' inherent strengths. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Hunter College, and I often bring creative expression and mindfulness into our sessions to make the healing process more engaging. My ultimate goal is to create a space where you or your child feels not just supported, but truly empowered to take charge of their own well-being.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through ZocDoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our initial assessment visit.
