Hello! Im glad you've chosen to begin or continue therapy. My hope is that through the counseling
process, you will feel increased relief, comfort, confidence, and clarity. My style is compassionate and
person-centered. If there is an area that calls for me to challenge you on something, I do so in a non-
judgmental and respectful manner, always open to your insights and rationale. I believe you are the best
expert on you, and I work to understand your perspective and assist you to reach your goals and hopes
for therapy- and life! I view my therapeutic role as more of a companion than guide, and aspire to partner
with you to fulfill your hopes for counseling. Though the process can be meaningful and rewarding, I also
recognize that it can at times be emotionally challenging; I take the client/therapist relationship seriously
and consider it an honor to get to know you and share in this part of your journey. Whether you wish to
relieve symptoms of distress, explore options for deciding on a life change, improve relationships,
increase courage in a particular area, reduce confusion, or receive support with whatever it is that brings
you to counseling (perhaps it is hard to label or doesn’t fit neatly into a category), I'll partner with you to
help you reach your goals and feel seen and heard in this space.I am part of a therapy practice called The Support Network, which has a dedicated team available to help with insurance and administrative support.
