I have experience working with diverse populations of all ages addressing a wide range of moderate to severe mental illnesses. I strive to create a warm and nonjudgmental space to process emotions safely.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Developing a strong therapeutic alliance is an essential in creating a successful working relationship. My approach to therapy is eclectic and collaborative so that interventions are tailored to each person and their goals. I consider each individual as a whole - including past experiences, culture, core values/beliefs, and current environment.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Clients can expect an active and engaged partner in their therapeutic journeys. Clients will take away tools to alleviate symptoms as well as a deeper understanding/awareness of themselves to foster lasting and meaningful change.
