Welcome—I'm so glad you're here. Therapy offers a powerful space to feel heard, gain insight, and move toward meaningful change. I work with clients of all ages and have spent the past several years supporting individuals on their unique paths to wellbeing, growth, and self-discovery. My areas of expertise include trauma, attachment issues, neurodivergence, suicidal ideation, and relational conflict. I have a strong foundation in helping clients navigate complex systems and life circumstances that may feel overwhelming or uncertain. I believe therapy should be as unique as the individual seeking it. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all model, I take an eclectic approach—drawing from a variety of evidence-based methods to create a treatment plan that fits each person’s specific needs. My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Polyvagal Theory, and I have advanced training in Trauma-Focused CBT, the Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS), and Brief CBT for suicide prevention. Before earning my Master’s of Social Work degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver, I graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies, with a focus in strategic relationship maintenance. As a lifelong learner, I’m committed to ongoing growth and development. I’m currently expanding my skillset through continued education in addiction treatment and EMDR, ensuring I can offer the most effective and comprehensive care possible. At the heart of my practice is a belief in collaboration, safety, and compassion. My goal is to meet you where you are and support you in creating meaningful and lasting change. Together, we will develop a comprehensive plan so that you can get the tools you need to help you reach your goals. It takes a lot of courage to reach out for help, and for that, I appreciate you.
