Welcome to Live Happy Counseling. I am Michelle Valdner, a NYS Licensed Mental Health Counselor, dedicated to helping individuals navigate the complexities of Anxiety and Depression.
With a wealth of experience in counseling, I specialize in supporting clients dealing with Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, and the challenges that come with life transitions, trauma, and stress. I treat children, adolescents, and adults, and I am committed to providing a warm and welcoming environment where every individual can feel both comfortable and safe.
My approach to counseling goes beyond addressing symptoms; it centers on fostering a deeper self-awareness of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. By creating a supportive space, my goal is to empower clients to embark on a journey of personal growth and positive change.
In addition to my full-time practice, I proudly serve as a Clinical Supervisor for the Graduate Mental Health Counseling internship program.
