Hi, I'm Tom, and I came to therapy after producing music, working restaurants in four states and doing time at a financial tech startup. That decade of wandering taught me that showing up fully for people, even if that means just getting their coffee order right, can make a difference to their day. Now I help people with OCD, anxiety and depression figure out why their brains won't cooperate and what to do about it. I believe therapy can be challenging and enjoyable at the same time. We work collaboratively to identify what's blocking you, then find creative solutions that fit your life so you can move forward and start living.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My background in CBT, ACT, and person-centered work means I can adapt techniques to what resonates with you. What energizes me most are those breakthrough moments when clients stop fighting uncertainty and start making choices based on what matters to them. Even difficult sessions can include breathing room, humor, or just sitting with what's present.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
