Hi! My name is Monica Burge and I am a licensed counselor providing an integrated-multi-theoretical approach to counseling, from CBT, DBT, and several other modalities sprinkled in between. My approach
My approach to counseling is one of curiosity and excitement. I am excited to take the time to learn about your life experiences and help you create a road map to success, happiness, fulfillment, and healing. I use humor, existential thinking, and a non-judgmental approach to help you reach a level of self-actualization for optimal experiences and relationships.

It is important to trust your counselor. I pride myself on being genuine, respectful, nonjudgmental, and empathetic to the experiences and concerns of my clients. I am an expert in identifying interventions, techniques, and options to help clients process and identify their goals for counseling and help nurture autonomy in learning how to critically think about how to create in reality the life they envision for themselves.
