What should a new client know about working with you?

When searching for reviews, please know that it will be a rare thing to see because I have never and will never solicit reviews from clients. In fact, I see this solicitation as a direct violation of confidentiality, which is an important component of the clinical therapeutic space - I need the therapeutic space to be yours and to do that effectively, I know that honoring your confidentiality is key. When initially reaching out to me, it is common for me to request that we meet virtually for 15-minutes so that we both get the opportunity to set expectations for the therapeutic process to get started. I do see clients in person and virtually and we can explore which venue makes the most sense for your specific situation. I am super casual and care a great deal about making sure you are heard, have the support you need, and the space to explore your therapeutic journey. If I am not the right fit for you, it is important that we connect you with someone who might better fit your needs.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Hello There! For all new clients, I request that we connect for a free 15-minute virtual HIPPA compliant consultation call. In this call, you are welcome to share a brief overview of your therapeutic needs. I will share with you some initial expectations around completing the intake documents that you will be able to access via a secure HIPPA compliant portal. From here, once all documents are completed your first appointment will be scheduled.
