It can be daunting to speak to a stranger about your life. It is perfectly okay to need help. Life does not come with a manual. My approach is direct, honest, and supportive, while not having any expectations for our sessions. I believe in the client directing the sessions to provide ease because no one knows you better than you. My therapy style is behavioral therapy focusing on the right now and focusing on controlling only what is in our power. I offer an open, non judgemental, and safe environment to promote self-growth and healing.
Let's work together to work through any concerns you may have, to arm you with the tools to create a peaceful life and healthy relationships, and to rebuild not only self-confidence, but also self-worth.
