I hold a Master's in Social Work from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor's degree from Bowling Green State University. I have over 10 years of experience as an independent social worker. Over the years, I have received specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy.
In my free time, I find joy in traveling to new destinations, taking leisurely walks with my beloved dog, cycling through nature's wonders, swimming to unwind, and cherishing precious moments with my three wonderful daughters.
