The most important thing to know is that this is about you, and I am committed to respecting you and your process. I will work for you, supporting you at your pace to use counseling to grow personally or professionally. I am honored that you are trusting me with your vulnerability by sharing your story, and I look forward to helping you with the next chapter. Our sessions and approach will begin with you telling me as much as you can about where you have been, where you are now, and where you want to go from here. Therapy depends on what you want, and it should always help you explore the source of pain and process your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, choices, and their effects on your life. From there, we can develop meaningful strategies aligned with your goals. I can offer different perspectives to support internal or external changes. You are the expert on you, but I can help you discover more about your true self, identify thinking patterns or core beliefs that keep you feeling stuck, work through shame and complicated feelings, align with your beliefs and spiritual self, practice communication skills, and foster change from the inside out. With more than 13 years of counseling experience and a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University, I believe growth is hard-even painful-but life is also. We can control how we react to what happens by processing experiences rather than holding them inside, which can hurt us and our loved ones more. Are you pretending, running, numbing, or repeating patterns in choices or relationships, suffering because it's scary and hard to look at yourself? The more we ignore things, the stronger they seem to get. But I believe that by honestly sharing, you can transform pain, heal from trauma, gain clarity and perspective, and change your story to change your life.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
