My name is Dr. Nicky Underwood. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified First Responder Counselor, originally from New York City and now a Texas-based provider. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Hunter College, City University of New York. I have many years of experience working in various settings, including university clinics, community mental health, hospitals, private practice, and telehealth platforms. Additionally, I am an adjunct instructor at a major university.
