Welcome! Finding a therapist is like finding a good pair of shoes, you have to make sure it is a good fit. My goal is to create a therapeutic environment in which my clients feel comfortable to be themselves, and to express themselves, as freely and authentically as possible.
I offer individual and couples therapy to a culturally diverse population which includes adolescence and adults. I am experienced in treating clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, relationship difficulties, and difficulty adjusting to life transitions.
