Welcome to therapy! My name is Nicole and I am a holistic based counselor licensed as an LPCC and an EMDR trained clinician. I focus on the mind; body; & spirit connection to help you reach optimal wellness. I will provide a safe space for you to authentically explore your emotions to create a happy & healthy mind. I have experience treating many concerns including: women’s issues; anxiety; depression;trauma; and PTSD. I use EMDR; trauma-sensitive mindfulness based CBT; and other useful interventions based on your needs. I am here to support you on your healing journey and can’t wait to watch you grow!
