Through developing the necessary skills to alter negative thoughts and behavior patterns, positive change will begin to occur and transform the way you feel. These skills will allow you to address life's challenges effectively. Feeling heard, seen, and met with compassion carves the path for healing. I strive to provide a space where you can show up authentically, as you are, along with tools to assist you in getting what you want and need. I have worked with teens and adults in treating depression, anxiety, addiction, and other mental health problems and look forward to the opportunity of walking with you through your journey. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with an MA, I specialize in a range of areas including anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, depression, family relationships, gender identity, grief/bereavement, LGBTQIA+ support, life transitions, OCD, PTSD, intimate/romantic relationships, sex/intimacy issues, sleep disorders, stress, suicidal ideation and/or self-harming, trauma, addiction, and anger management. Change can be scary, but taking the first step to improving your emotional well-being brings you one step closer to living the life you desire. I look forward to hearing from you.
