What should a new client know about working with you?

I utilize evidence-based practices that are trauma-informed and solution-focused to help clients develop new skills or strengthen existing ones so they can thrive. My approach is to empower clients, and I do that in an empathic, no-nonsense way.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My first session consists of establishing rapport by getting to know the client and learning what their goals for treatment are. As part of this, I talk through approaches or styles that feel helpful to them, as well as ones that do not feel helpful or have not been helpful in the past.
