Done well, therapy shows us the stories we are living by and, in doing so, allows our motivations, thoughts, and actions to become less mysterious to us. Uncovering the stories we are living out in our lives provides a starting point for deep and abiding transformation. I look forward to accompanying you on your own path to increased agency, fulfillment, and meaning in life. I have experience supporting clients and communities grappling with spiritual, existential, and religious questions. I have also supported individuals of all ages on their journeys toward authenticity and self-love in the areas of gender identity and sexual orientation.
