Hello, my name is Nothizile Ncube-Kearley. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) based in California. I earned my Master's in Professional Counseling from San Diego State University. I provide services to clients of all ages, including young adults and adults. My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, stress, relationships, and other adjustment-related issues. My approach is eclectic, and I tailor my interventions based on my clients' needs. We will collaboratively develop treatment goals because I believe that with a strong therapeutic relationship, we can work together to achieve those goals. I utilize interventions from different theoretical approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness approaches, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. During our first session, I will gather information about you to get to know you and understand what brings you to therapy. Together, we will develop your treatment goals. Throughout your therapy journey, we will assess progress toward your goals and regularly check in about what's working and what's not.
