I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Integrated Healthcare Studies from Ohio University and my Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Kentucky (2022). I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker in Ohio. I have experience providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults who have experienced trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression, life stressors, and adjustment disorders. I enjoy being creative and attempting to make therapy engaging and more enjoyable when working through difficult challenges. I provide telehealth only at this time, with weekend availability. My approach Building a relationship in therapy is very important. I will work to create a safe, empathetic, and validating space to work together. I am trauma-informed and am trained in multiple trauma-informed modalities, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Integrative Treatment for Complex Trauma, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. My focus As a therapist, my ideal client is someone who is open to self-exploration and willing to engage in the therapeutic process, even if they feel uncertain or hesitant at first. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, stress, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Their goals are deeply personal but usually revolve around healing past wounds, building resilience, and aligning more closely with their authentic selves. My communication style I communicate with verbal and nonverbal cues in session. I am empathetic and nonjudgmental in sessions.
