Greetings! I am happy you are here. I've been a therapist for over a decade and have worked with clients of all ages and genders. My experience spans schools and outpatient community mental health, reflecting years of working with clients from diverse backgrounds. Having worked with children and families for over ten years, I have professional expertise in identifying root causes of child and teen behavior and a specific set of skills to help address negative family dynamics. Given my lived experience as a child of divorce, I understand how difficult this can be for a family unit. As a veteran, I also bring a unique and invaluable perspective to the veteran and first responder population. I utilize an eclectic approach, drawing from a variety of therapeutic tools, and believe in a whole-body approach to treating the individuals I see.
