Life and life transitions can be incredibly challenging, and I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel when the weight of daily demands seems too much to bear. You might find yourself pushing through each day with a heavy heart, wearing a smile that doesn’t quite reach your eyes and holding back tears that yearn to flow. It can feel like an endless cycle of wondering when the light will shine through again. You might just want general support, or you might be dealing with anxious or sad feelings or anything in between. Though you're not suicidal, you might be saying, "Why me?" Whatever you might feel or think, just know you’re not alone. I’m here to listen with compassion and to support you on your journey.
My focus is helping women journey in life with hope and confidence. You can find support, encouragement and new ways to navigate life whether you are struggling with a life transition, in need of someone to objectively talk to, seeking help in a romantic relationship or friendship, or are grappling with anxiety, grief, stress, depression, or anger or just want to learn how to manage family relationship issues.
I also offer support for "blended family" challenges and adjustments, and for 'sandwiched' clients who are caregivers for both their children and elderly parents or loved ones with dementia.
