What should a new client know about working with you?

I create a space in counseling that provides safety, empathy, and validation. I believe strongly in empowerment and self-determination. I work collaboratively with clients to explore the issues they would like to address and I cultivate their strengths and resilience. I utilize evidence-based treatment in my practice for the most effective outcomes and to empower clients, build resilience, and promote lasting emotional well-being.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I provide sessions telephonically which allows for counseling from the comfort of your own home. Sessions are typically 45 minutes long and I provide a free consultation before we schedule our first counseling appointment to discuss your goals for therapy and to determine if we are a good match to meet your needs. My goal is to empower you through self-exploration and to provide coping strategies and tools you can utilize daily. I am here to walk alongside you on your journey to wellness and self-discovery.
