I always look forward to my sessions with Pilar. I told her what I’ve found works for me and she always modeled her responses after that. We only had a limited number of weeks since I’m traveling for an extended time but I feel confident in my future thanks to our sessions. She’s so encouraging and a wonderful listener. I’ll definitely be seeing her again when I return from traveling.

I am a Salvadoran-American Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides individual, family, and group therapy in English and Spanish. I received my Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University and have had the privilege of empowering clients for over 12 years. I also love to teach and serve as Adjunct Faculty at FIU School of Social Work.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, listening to podcasts and stand-up comedy, dancing Zumba, and reading fiction.
