She is experienced in helping clients facing complex concerns such as ADHD, post-partum depression, PTSD/trauma, and women’s issues. Her approach combines clinical expertise with genuine warmth, allowing clients to feel supported and understood as they work toward their goals.
Rachel is especially passionate about supporting individuals who have recently been discharged from a psychiatric hospital, helping them transition safely and confidently back into daily life. She offers structured guidance and emotional support to promote stability, reduce relapse risk, and strengthen coping skills. Rachel also works extensively with clinicians, first responders, and child welfare professionals experiencing burnout or secondary trauma, helping them rediscover balance and meaning in their personal and professional lives.
