Sometimes, we face challenges in life that require the help of a professional. I strive to create a safe place for my clients where they feel comfortable being honest and open about their current situation, or in discussing events from their past. My focus is client-centered therapy where I listen to the client, focusing on their goals and celebrating their successes. Nobody should go through difficult times alone.
I have a background in child welfare and have worked with many individuals who have experienced trauma in their lives, or who have come from low-income families where they have not been given the same opportunities as others around them.
