With a strong academic foundation, including a Bachelor's degree in psychology and biology from Plymouth State University where he graduated with honors in 1992. Pat also has a Master's degree in applied psychology from Antioch University, New England in 1995, Pat has dedicated over 25 years to helping individuals overcome the challenges of traumatic experiences. He works with clients dealing with mental health concerns ranging from depression and anxiety to ADHD and relationship issues. Originally hailing from New England, Pat made the move to Utah a decade ago to explore the mountains and he never left. In his off time he enjoys traveling skiing and mountain biking.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

After you request your appointment, you will be sent an invite link for Brightside Health. You will need to enter your insurance and payment information to confirm your appointment.During your initial consultation we will craft a treatment plan personalized to your needs, and schedule follow-up appointments as needed. You will also be able message me directly at anytime via the messaging section of your Brightside Health portal - a tool where will also track your progress, access resources, and see your treatment plan details.
