Hello! I’m Rachel, and I am a queer Psychotherapist trained in clinical social work and trauma-informed care. . I specialize in therapy geared towards the LGBTQIA community, with a large focus on self acceptance and the exploration of identity. I am extremely passionate about trauma-informed therapy and practicing through a social justice lens. I believe the process of healing begins in forging safe and accepting relationships.
As a therapist, my goal is to collaborate with you in creating a relationship where you feel heard and understood. In our work together, I will help empower you to reach your goals in a safe, brave, compassion-filled, judgement-free space.
My therapeutic style is dynamic; it's rooted in a perspective of trauma-informed care, anti-oppressive practice, and social justice, and is tailored to your preferences and goals.
