She later went on to receive her Masters in Social Work degree from Rutgers University. Rebecca is trained and certified in cognitive-based therapies, including CBT and TF-CBT. Additionally, one of Rebecca’s biggest priorities is to create the space for each client to build a trusting, non-judgmental and therapeutic relationship. In therapy, each client is able to set short and long-term goals while learning coping skills and ways to restructure negative thoughts. Over the years, Rebecca has worked with diverse clients seeking relief from a wide range of symptoms, including anxiety, depression, childhood/adult trauma, relationship issues, personality disorders, life transitions, stress, psychotic disorders, bipolar disorder, and navigating loss and grief.
Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her 2 Siberian Husky (they require lots of attention!). She loves to travel, read books, and spend time with her family."
