Hi there, I'm Rebecca!
Hello! My name is Becca Lee, LICSW. I am trained as a social worker and love collaborating with my clients on their goals. I bring a warm and empathic presence to therapy and am honored to be brought into my clients' lives.
My approach
Primarily, I am an eclectic therapist, meaning I utilize a variety of therapy modalities to best fit my clients. I have a strong cognitive behavioral (CBT) background, as well as strengths-based and solution-focused.
My focus
I enjoy working with clients across the lifespan, but I specifically enjoy working with adolescents and young adults. This stage of life is so critical, and I appreciate the passion and hardship that comes with growing up. One of my favorite things is to partner with young people on making their lives full of joy and feeling hopeful for their future.
My communication style
I value being a trusted and safe person for my clients. I have a naturally warm and inviting presence that makes it easy to open up in session. My job is to build rapport and earn my cleints' trust, and I take that job seriously. I gently challenge my clients, but you can go at your own pace with me. We only take on the hard work once you feel safe and comfortable.
My journey to mental healthcare
I just love people. Every time I meet someone, I feel so honored that our paths have crossed and I am being entrusted with parts of their story. Becoming a therapist felt like a natural career path, and I really enjoy this work.
My goals for you
Goal-setting with me is collaboritive. You get to tell me what you're hoping to accomplish in therapy, and I transform those thoughts into specific and achievable goals. We will regularly check in about your goals to ensure that progress is being made, and I adjust my approach when needed.

I try to make the first session all about easing you into working with me.
