I am a graduate of Adelphi University's Master's of Social Work Program. My specialties included working with those suffering BPD; Mood Disorders; ADHD; OCD; Anxiety; Panic Disorder; ASD; and learning disorders. I have worked in myriad of settings including a therapeutic community; the VA; a healthcare startup company; and a private practice. I believe in tailoring my treatment approach to each individual using an eclectic approach. The Evidence-Based treatment modalities I use include DBT; CBT; Behavioral Activation; ERP; Psychodynamic; Rogerian; Brief Solution-Focused; and Motivational Interviewing.
