Hi, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in the state of Florida with over eight years of experience helping others! I earned my Master's in Social Work from Florida State University. I have worked with clients facing a wide range of concerns, including crisis intervention, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, addiction, PTSD, and grief. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. I have a passion for supporting first responders as they work through the trauma and stress their jobs bring. Also, as a mom myself, I enjoy helping others adjust to the life changes that come after children join the family!

What should a new client know about working with you?

My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, understanding, dignity, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, with mindfulness and strength based approach. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
