In today's world, many people struggle with relationship issues. Most long to have someone to talk to about what's happening in their lives. We were created for connection with others, whether it comes from a teacher, friend, coworker, spouse, or family member. My goal in therapy is to provide a safe, comfortable space for YOU to process your story and its challenges, and then work together to improve your mental health and relationships.
I specialize in working with adults and children/teens to address struggles at school or home. I also work with couples on marital issues and everyday life challenges, such as balancing work and family. I use an eclectic variety of therapeutic models, including Family Systems, Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and In-Person Play Therapy.
I hold a Master's degree in Counseling from Lindenwood University and a Bachelor's degree from Texas Woman's University.
