In today's world, many people struggle with relationship issues. Most long to have someone to talk to about what's happening in their lives. We were created for connection with others, whether it comes from a teacher, friend, coworker, spouse, or family member. My goal in therapy is to provide a safe, comfortable space for YOU to process your story and its challenges, and then work together to improve your mental health and relationships. I specialize in working with adults and children/teens to address struggles at school or home. I also work with couples on marital issues and everyday life challenges, such as balancing work and family. I use an eclectic variety of therapeutic models, including Family Systems, Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and In-Person Play Therapy. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling from Lindenwood University and a Bachelor's degree from Texas Woman's University.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
