Maybe there is always a voice in your head telling you that you are not enough, maybe you are longing for connection but fear being hurt, or maybe you suddenly realize you have not experienced joy in a long time. Life often presents us with various challenges, but you don't have to face them alone.
I strive to create a safe and brave space where my clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore their needs and feelings. My approach to therapy is person-centered, relational, and integrative, meaning that I work alongside my clients to identify their goals, build upon their strengths, and develop skills to thrive in life. I draw from various therapeutic modalities, such as psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques.
I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from New York University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support my clients effectively.
