What should a new client know about working with you?

I help children, teens, and young adults understand themselves and build coping skills through a warm, collaborative approach. For younger clients, I play-based therapy for younger clients, while for older clients I use CBT and motivational interviewing. I also offer limited ADHD and autism assessments to support deeper understanding and growth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

All children and young adults are at different stages of development and with different concerns. During our first few sessions, I’ll work to get to know you or your child, understand their issue, and design a therapeutic treatment collaboratively with you our your child.
