Hi! My name is Sabrina, and I hope you can come as you are when beginning therapy. No matter your reason for seeking support, I am here to empower and guide you. My ultimate goal is to provide a space where you feel accepted, heard, and comfortable working on yourself.
I hold a Master’s in Counseling from Liberty University, and I integrate my background in mental health, yoga, and mindfulness to support those in need. Through this integrative approach, I strive to help individuals navigate unknown and painful times, building confidence and resilience. Sessions may range from an hour of venting to processing trauma or difficult interactions. Whatever your needs, I tailor each session to support you as you work through your therapeutic journey.
