I have not always been a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate. I was formerly a middle and high school English teacher. I have experienced firsthand the need for mental health care and general awareness in our educational system. I continue to dedicate my life to the well-being of others, especially the child and adolescent population. As a LPC-A, I have been fortunate to work with different populations in different settings. Along the way, I have been consistently inspired by the resiliency that people continue to embody.
It has taught me that although all of our stories are different, we are all capable of growth once we learn to look within. The most challenging part is that we must begin to face our problems rather than avoid them; that is where I come in!
I am here to support you through this messy yet beautiful experience we call therapy. I would love to join you on this journey because everything is better when it is done together!
