I left with no treatment plan, no practical advice, and referrals to providers who were not even available to see me that same day.
I respect a doctor's right to make independent medical decisions. However, patients paying for professional care deserve meaningful guidance, clear explanations, and a constructive path forward.
Frankly, even an AI chatbot would have provided more useful information than I received during this appointment.
Although she was friendly and courteous, the quality of care I experienced fell far below the expertise and professionalism presented on her profile.
After investing significant time and money, I left with no answers, no plan, and profound disappointment. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this provider.

I debated posting this because she was genuinely friendly and courteous, and I do respect caution with prescribing. Unfortunately, the visit was a major disappointment. I had provided my records in advance, the reason for my visit was clear, and I still left without any treatment plan and was referred elsewhere, including to providers who were not even available to see me the same day. I ended the appointment feeling almost guilty for having sought help, after spending significant time and money for no practical result. For someone already struggling with worsening ADHD symptoms, being told to start over was exhausting and discouraging. Most importantly, the ADHD care described on her profile did not reflect my experience at all. Based on this visit, I would not recommend her for ADHD treatment.

Dr. Sue was wonderful. She was incredibly patient, understanding, and easy to talk to, and I never felt rushed during my appointment. She took the time to really listen to what I was experiencing and asked thoughtful questions about my symptoms, my history, and how everything was affecting my everyday life.
What I appreciated most was that she made me feel heard without judgment. She explained things clearly, discussed my treatment options with me, and made sure I understood the next steps. I left the appointment feeling like I had a clear plan and, more importantly, like I was genuinely cared for.
