I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 35 years of experience in both clinical and supervisory roles. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals experiencing Anxiety and Panic, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Trauma, and PTSD. I have also supported clients in addressing a wide range of concerns, including low self-esteem, chronic pain, stress management, communication and relationship difficulties (including domestic violence), work-life balance, anger management, pregnancy and fertility challenges, postpartum depression and other women’s issues, parenting concerns, foster care and adoption issues, chronic illness, binge eating, spinal cord and traumatic brain injuries, end-of-life issues, grief and loss, and LGBTQ+ related matters.
I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University and have dedicated my professional life to helping individuals build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change.
