I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 25 years of experience in counseling, crisis intervention, psychoeducation, training, and life coaching. I earned my Master's in Counseling from Arizona State University. I believe that clients are in charge of their own lives, and my role is to create a non-judgmental space where you can explore your past experiences, present circumstances, and future desires. As a therapist, I will work with you to help you feel heard and to create dynamic pathways forward.
Whether you have been to counseling before or are new to the process, I want to help make it a worthwhile and positive experience. I cannot promise that you will never feel uncomfortable because sometimes we need to explore darker places to come through to the light. I have worked with people healing from past abuse and those simply seeking the best way to get through a day and communicate with the people they care about. There are countless ways of “being,” and in the end, I want you to feel good about who you are and how you live. Sometimes that means acceptance, and sometimes it requires change. Body, heart, mind, and spirit are all important aspects of the human condition. I would love to work with you on your journey!
