Hi everyone,
I am a Therapist with 10 years of experience, holding a Master's in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's from the University of California, Berkeley. I have an absolute passion for working with people who deal with chronic pain or chronic health conditions, those experiencing issues in their sex life or relationships, or exploring alternative types of romantic relationships (please note, I do not do couples counseling-only individual counseling regarding relationships). I also support individuals suffering from over-worrying and anxiety. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and focusing on your strengths.
Being a Therapist and knowing my career focus is to help others feel less alone, more validated, supported, and genuinely heard brings me happiness.
