The past couple of years have been really difficult for me and Shari has been AMAZING in helping me. It is clear that she respects her patients and cares about them to the highest extent. Shari knows exactly how to handle whatever mental state I am in during our appointments, bringing levity when necessary but also letting me know when it is really important that I understand something. All in all, my anxiety and depression have been managed to a degree I did not think I would reach early in treatment. I would highly recommend her to those seeking help with their mental health.

Hello, my name is Shari Hull. I am dually licensed as an LCSW, LADC to practice in the states of Connecticut and Indiana. I graduated from the University of Ct as an MSW, then furthered my career goals earning an LCSW in 2012 and LADC in 2014.
Primary modalities include but are not limited to Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Motivational interviewing (MI), Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), Parent Management Therapy (PMT), Crisis intervention, “conversational” (talk) therapy and Patient centered therapy. In this way, I encourage engagement and build rapport throughout treatment for the most beneficial outcome(s).
