I earned my Bachelor's in Social Work from Ball State University and my Master's from Indiana University. I work with clients across a wide range of life stages, primarily adolescents ages 15 and older through adults in their 60s. I enjoy meeting clients where they are and working collaboratively to develop a solution-focused approach that helps them feel heard, understood, and empowered. I specialize in life transitions, anxiety and depressive disorders, and issues related to foster care and adoption. My approach is person-centered and collaborative, using cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and solution-focused therapy tailored to your needs.
