I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My therapy approach is eclectic and somewhat direct. As no 2 individuals are the same, we'll use whatever methods work best for you at this time in your life. I've been in social work for 16 years, most of which I've spent in administration. I enjoy working with clinicians and other professionals in identifying their career goals and supporting them along their way to success.

My style is mostly eclectic, direct, trauma-informed, and solution-focused brief therapy.

When it was time to go to college, I looked at all my options, and social work was the only one that sounded like something I could wake up wanting to do every day. I wanted to help in some way, and I also love my career.

Goal setting begins on day one. If you don't know what you want out of therapy, that's okay, we will figure it out together.

A first session is about getting to know you, going over expectations of the therapy process and goals, and allowing you space to ask any questions.
