I grew up in the Midwest and moved to Alaska in 1975 where I have remained to this day. I attended the University of Mn where I received a Bachelor's Degree and the University of Alaska Anchorage where I received my Master's Degree in Social Work. I have worked with children and families experiencing trauma; adoption; aging; living with life threatening/chronic diseases; palliative and hospice care and as a dialysis medical social worker. I have been a licensed clinical social worker since 2016. Since I moved to Alaska; I have continued to enjoy the outdoors; raising/training dogs; horses and water sports.
