This process will helps alleviate symptoms as well as find and fix the root of the issue-- and to help you find your inner strength; voice and wise mind! I would describe myself as down to earth; nonjudgmental; compassionate and real. I love being a therapist that can connect with and help people! And I truly believe therapy works!
