She is warm, engaging, friendly, and is a very good listener. Like any good therapist, your experience may vary, but Sharon is very talented at what she does and I would recommend her to others. I never felt judged, rushed, or even felt like I was visiting a therapist.

This was my first ever session, & to say that Sharon was anything less than amazing would be a true understatement. I immediately felt comfortable with her, and was able to really open up. She was attentive and provided great feedback. I look forward to continuing with her.

A recent treatment event left me with frequent panic attacks my fear of having an attack prevented me from doing so many things I used to love to do. Within only a few EMDR sessions my anxiety was drastically reduced and I stopped having panic attacks. Thanks to EMDR ans Sharon my social life is back to normal. I'm now working on things form long ago which affect my relationships and behavior in subtle ways. I strongly recommend Shraon Steckler and EMDR therapy.
